What is the cutoff for same-day delivery?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM AEST Monday through Friday, and by 10:00 AM on Saturdays, are eligible for same-day delivery across the Sydney Metropolitan area. For urgent requests after these times, please call our hotline.

Should I call or use the contact form?

For immediate delivery changes or same-day order enquiries, calling our hotline at +61 438 219 765 is the fastest way to reach us. For wedding enquiries, corporate accounts, or general feedback, the contact form is preferred.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can accommodate changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. For same-day orders, please call us immediately. Once an arrangement has been crafted or out for delivery, we cannot offer cancellations.

How will I know my flowers were delivered?

You will receive an automated email confirmation the moment our courier marks the delivery as complete. If you've requested photo confirmation, this will be sent to the email address provided in your order.
